These are the rules for using PadelMe. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use PadelMe.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Use your real name, keep your details right, and have one account only.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
No abuse — on court or in the app
PadelMe has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players.
- Treat other players with respect.
- Not allowed: harassment, threats, hate, sexual or violent content, spam, fake profiles, pretending to be someone else, and anything illegal.
- Block or report a player from their profile. PadelMe looks at every report within 24 hours, removes what breaks these rules, and removes the player who posted it.
- PadelMe may pause or delete an account that breaks these rules — at once when it is serious.
Matches, bookings and payments
- Clubs run their courts, and the club’s own rules apply there. PadelMe helps you find players and book.
- You pay in the app, with FIB. Until online payment is switched on, paying is a demo and no money is taken.
- A match seat: when a match is full, everyone has 15 minutes to pay their seat. A paid seat is final — you can’t leave, and it isn’t refunded. Your money comes back only if the match is called off (it wasn’t full and paid in time, or the club or PadelMe cancelled it), within 24 hours.
- Court bookings, training spots and tournament fees follow the rules shown when you book or pay.
- Come when you said you would. Players can report a no-show.
What you post
Your photo, bio and messages are yours. You let PadelMe show them in the app so it can work. Only post what you have the right to share.
Playing safely
Padel is a sport: play within your limits. PadelMe isn’t responsible for injuries, lost things, or what happens at a club.
We work to keep PadelMe running and right, but we can’t promise it is always available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, PadelMe isn’t responsible for indirect losses.
Ending
- You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account.
- PadelMe may pause or remove an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may change these terms. We change the date at the top, and tell you in the app when it matters. Using PadelMe after a change means you accept it.
These terms follow the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
